In response to the growing demands of clients and customers, AIG/Lincoln initially established operating companies in 1997 in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary. Within two years, the Company expanded to form subsidiaries in Italy, Spain, and Russia developing and managing projects successfully through the expertise of local development teams.

The expansion of AIG/Lincoln into retail development with Market Central will be accomplished through leveraging the strength of these established local development teams in each country. Additionally, this expansion will be complemented by establishing the same infrastructure in future growth markets such as Ukraine, Southeast Europe, Turkey and the Balkans.

The key to AIG/Lincoln’s regional success is the strength of the local team of specialists present in each country office. These personnel have extensive knowledge of the customs, legal statutes and characteristics that are integral to creating optimal commercial environments.
