Approximately 50% of the retail areas have already been committed to leading international retailers including Leroy Merlin, Mediaworld, Decathlon, Chicco/Prenatal, Norauto and Scarpamondo, providing an outstanding foundation for the overall merchandise mix. Market Central Da Vinci will be the first Retail Park developed by AIG/Lincoln under the brand name Market Central. This is a unique format of retail environments which is being developed by AIG/Lincoln within key European markets. “With our experienced development teams in place throughout Europe we are in a unique position to capitalize on shopping center development opportunities.” States Mack Pogue, Chairman of Lincoln Property Company, “Market Central is the format for our success.” he continues. The opening of the center to the public is scheduled in autumn 2007.
