The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on March 9, 2006. Anchor tenants Leroy Merlin (DIY store), the electronic supermarket chain Mediaworld, the Artsana group with its subsidiaries Chicco and Penatrál, the French autocenter Norautor and the Italian shoe label Scarpomondo have already leased space in the project. The opening is planned for autumn 2007.
