Final documentation will be provided to the City in the upcoming weeks and excavation will commence immediately following the holidays. This key permission keeps the project on schedule for a fall 2007 opening, when AIG/Lincoln introduces its first European Retail Park in Italy. Market Central Da Vinci combines big box retailers and specialty shops spanning 57,000 m² and provides approx. 2,800 parking spaces exclusively for its clients. A Ground Breaking ceremony will be held in Spring 2006, followed by the Grand Opening in 2007.
